Meet The Team

Tracy Frye is a lawyer who loves her community. She has been practicing law for over 25 years and has lived in Russell all her life. She is an active member of the local community and dreamed of creating a place in her hometown where people could come for self-care and rest. Her law practice is located next door to The Nest.

Jordan is the heart and soul of The Nest Day Spa & Aesthetics Center. When she and Tracy decided to open The Nest, she was already an award-winning massage therapist and had been doing massages in the Tri-State area for 11 years. Jordan is a licensed massage therapist with 15 years of experience and oversees all the day-to-day operations at The Nest. In addition, she is a licensed esthetician with specialized training in acne, skin restoration, advanced chemical peels, and resurfacing treatments. Jordan grew up in Russell, and she and her husband and daughter are active members of our local community.

Melissa is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 9 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting. She is Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Melissa is passionate about aesthetics and promoting health and wellness through preventative care. She brings a unique perspective to our team with her years of experience and her training and expertise. Melissa and her family live here in Russell and we are so excited to welcome her to The Nest. We know you will love her as much as we do.

Megan is a dedicated medical aesthetics manager with a passion for helping others. With an Associate’s in Science and a background as a Licensed Practical Nurse, she brings both knowledge and compassion to her work. As a mother to one son, she considers parenthood her greatest achievement, fueling her drive in everything she does. Outside of her professional life, Megan is an adventurer at heart, loving all things outdoors and always seeking new experiences. Known for her personable nature, she believes in connecting with everyone she meets, because she truly doesn’t know a stranger.

With 14 years of nursing experience, Kayla Iverson brings a wealth of expertise to The Nest Day Spa & Aesthetic Center. A registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and vascular access board certification, Kayla’s background spans emergency medicine, vascular access, outpatient infusions, and bedside care. After starting her career in the ER, she’s thrilled to be working in aesthetic medicine. Kayla loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Seth, and their two sons, Theo and Silas.

Josie Mitchell is a massage therapist with over 16 years of experience. She specializes in cupping, pregnancy massage, and lymphatic, hot stone, cranial sacral, Swedish, sports, and ashiatsu massages. Josie is wonderful in every way and a great team member. When not at The Nest, she likes to spend time with her four children.

Olivia Gabbard is our specialist in all things beauty. She is a licensed esthetician with a special certification as a skin specialist with Face Reality. She has helped her clients see amazing results in the appearance of their skin. In addition, Olivia is certified in lash lift and tint, and brow lamination. She does makeup artistry for brides and all special occasions in her free time.

Joanie Glaze is a massage therapist with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in cupping, pregnancy massage, lymphatic massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, and ashiatsu massage. Joanie is a fabulous team member with years of experience and an amazing personality.

Morgan Howard is the jack of all trades at The Nest. She is one of our very talented MAs, although she is highly trained in multiple disciplines. She is constantly busy answering phones and emails, making sure every client is taken care of and happy. To know Morgan is to love her. She is hard working and as kind as they come. When not taking care of The Nest’s clients, she is hanging out with her family and friends.

Linda Wardle has been practicing massage therapy for over 25 years. We call her the “wizard” because she performs massages and teaches all her techniques to our other massage therapists. Linda wears many hats here at The Nest – we call her our “earth angel” because no one has a sweeter soul or a bigger heart than our Linda.

Kendra Walters is a licensed esthetician at The Nest. Kendra provides waxing services at the spa. She provides innovative skincare routines for her clients and performs advanced skin care services with fabulous results.

Courtney Blevins is the first person you see when you enter our premises. She greets you with a smile and a comforting voice. Courtney has been employed at The Nest for three and a half years; she is always busy answering phones and emails and making sure the schedule is running smoothly. She is the queen of organizing, ensuring The Nest has everything it needs to run perfectly. She works hard and loves harder. When she is not busy at The Nest, she loves to spend time with her twin boys.

Abby Browning is a nurse at the Nest. She completed her registered nursing degree at St. Mary’s Nursing School and her bachelor’s degree at Marshall University.

In her free time, she handles makeup for proms, weddings, and homecomings. She also loves hanging out with her friends, family, boyfriend David, and golden doodle, Lenny. Abby is also a cheer coach and does a lot of choreography.

Lauren is a massage therapist for The Nest. She has a warm and kind presence about her. She is an outstanding massage therapist with knowledge of Swedish, pregnancy, deep tissue, and hot stone massages. She loves to spend time with her family when she is free.

Kristen Brooke is one of the first people you will see when entering The Nest. “KB” is what the Nesties call her. She is beautiful inside and out in every way, and is a hard worker. You can find KB busy answering phones and emails and accompanying clients to and from their next destinations within our office. She makes each client’s experience enjoyable and easy. KB has worked at our office for three years. When not at The Nest, she loves to spend time with her new hubby and her precious puppies, Dolly and Teddi.

David Markins is a licensed esthetician at The Nest. He is loved by everyone who books with him. In his free time, he is a cosmetologist and a seeker of all things fun. David has many years of experience in skin care and aesthetics.

Dariya is a licensed massage therapist and is highly trained in all manner of massage techniques, including shiatsu, deep tissue massage, and lymphatic massage.
